Meet Our Member Frances Day-Helping Women Break Through and Rise

We’re really pleased to welcome Frances Day as a member of Yorkshire Ladies Links.

Frances recently exhibited at the Yorkshire Voices Conference, but she’s no stranger to Yorkshire Ladies Links. Having attended several events in the past, she already knew the kind of community it attracts, supportive, inspiring, and full of brilliant women in business

Frances is a passionate advocate for women in business. Her work brings together marketing, coaching, energy healing, and intuition to help women move past the challenges that are holding them back. She believes that everything in life reflects your internal beliefs—so doing the inner work first just makes sense.

What makes Frances’s approach different is the way she weaves in energy healing. She’s clairsentient, meaning she can feel energy and pick up on emotional blocks that might not be obvious. If someone’s feeling stuck, whether in business or in life, Frances helps uncover the deeper reasons behind it and supports them in releasing whatever’s in the way.

Earlier this year, she published her autobiography Diving Deep to Climb High, which shares her own journey into energy healing and what led her to do this work. It’s a powerful and honest account of transformation and growth—something she now helps others with every day.
